B-ko

Background/History: A-ko's arch-nemisis, Biko Daitokuji is the daughter of Hikaru Daitokuji, CEO of the Daitokuji Financial Group. As such, B-ko is fabulously wealthy and is quite used to getting her own way. She is highly intelligent, beautiful and very intimidating. A technical genius, backed by her father's immense wealth, she is more than capable of making your average superhero's life miserable.

The primary motivation behind B-ko's constant fights with A-ko, is A-ko's friendship with C-ko. For some reason, she is obsessed with winning C-ko's acceptance and friendship, as well as repaying A-ko for defeating her back in kindergarten when she was bullying C-ko about. Unable to tolerate A-ko's hold over C-ko, B-ko can (and does) go all out to show up A-ko in any way possible.

Personality/Motivation: First of all, B-ko is a grade-one loon. She's obsessive, vengeful and possessive. Convinced that A-ko has 'stolen' C-ko from her, B-ko has gone out of her way to try and humiliate and defeat A-ko in any manner possible, up to and including physically fighting it out with A-ko while dressed in her Akagiyama 23 Power Suit. Of course, the fact she keeps loosing (somehow) only fuels her plans for revenge. [Or, as B-ko puts it: "...and then she will die, DIE, DIEEE!!"] She also has made comments to the effect of "...and I get what I want..." and never seems to take 'no' for an answer. If humiliated, or made to look "bad," B-ko has been known to fly into a rage, which usually results in her ditching her clothing to reveal her Akagiyama 23 Power Suit and the beginning of Phase 12.

Powers/Tactics: B-ko's primary power is her Akagiyama 23 Power Suit. Using advanced "forcefield technology," it allows the wearer enhanced strength, agility, fighting ability, endurance, flight, and resistance to damage. It also comes equipped with a potent micro-missile launcher that never ran dry (hence the 0 END cost). The Black Jackovini Lash is a small black handle that can produce a long tentacle-like whip upon command. Useful for tossing around pesky rivals like A-ko.

Other than her gadgets, B-ko's other primary abilities center around her amazing inventing skills, which allow her to build an entire mecha overnight. GMs may want to make such devices mere plot points, or give her an really big 'vehicle pool' to represent such things.

B-ko has acquired a number of flunkies to help her in her schemes. Asa, Ine and Uma are normal 16 year olds, while Mari is a hulking musclebound parody of the characters from Fists of the North Star. Mari should have a 30 STR, a good DEX, a high CON, a lot of Stun, Martial Arts, and such abilities as an autofire punch.

Appearance: B-ko stands about 5'6" with a slim attractive figure. She has blue eyes and long, lavender hair [with a distinctive curled lock in front of each ear] that falls past her waist. When dressed for school, she wears the full uniform, which consists of a brown jacket, vest and knee-length skirt, white blouse, string tie, knee-high socks, and black shoes. When not in school, she dresses very fashionably, in a style one would expect of an older woman.

The Akagiyama 23 Power Suit basically looks like a dark purple one piece swimsuit with no shoulder straps and a open midriff. It also comes with elbow-length gloves and knee-high boots. This ensemble is topped by a open-backed helmet with a wide, tinted, faceplate. When the flight is activated, short wings extend from the back of the suit. This getup looks more than a little 'odd' (even for a supervillainess suit) and has resulted in a number of comments (such as "Isn't it cold in that?").
