Designer's Notes: 10 Years ago, Fiore, as a small child, arrived on Earth and met Mamoru (Tuxedo Kamen) while he (Mamoru) was recovering the hospital after the death of his parents. The two lonely souls quickly formed a bond of friendship, but Fiore could not stay long. As he left the planet, Mamoru gave him a single red Rose. Fiore teleported away, he promised to return someday 'with lots of flowers'.
As Fiore searched the galaxy, he stumbled across the Kisenian Flower, the world eater, who needs weak minded beings to be her arms & legs, by taking over their minds (the Kisenian Flower has an EGO of 30-35). Fiore is taken over, but later resists her control. She warps his loneliness and desire to please Mamoru into a desire to KILL everyone who made the two of them lonely. He is now deluded into believing the only way Mamoru will be happy again is if he and Mamoru are the only people alive on the Earth. To do this, he plans to seed earth with Kisenian flower seeds (some of which grow into monsters). The flowers will drain every person on the planet of their energy, then grow until they crack the planetary core... Clearly a danger to any superhero team!
Powers/Use As A Villain: Fiore's powers include an incredibly powerful telekinesis, a massive sword and extending fingernails. He's here to KILL everyone except Mamoru, and will usually TK opponents into walls, glass, or whatever else will really hurt. The sword and fingernails are used to kill or incapacitate the leader.
In addition to his own abilities, there are the Kisenian flower seeds. Initially shaped like a slightly ugly pink flower, as they absorb energy they become increasingly powerful soldiers: the head, arms and torso of a beautiful woman, merging into a body of a flower/spider. a Typical specimen would have a large END drain (touch), usually linked to an Absorb, Stretching (tentacle-like growth), additional limbs, Entangle, and high speed (1 higher than your team, usually). They may have super running as well. One should be a challenge to your team
