DESERT DERELICT

American Marines deploy from their LAV-25 upon discovery of this immense combat mecha of unknown origins in the deserts of Iraq. Further investigation showed it had been abandoned some time in the distant past, and that its likely origin was the depths of space. Who built it and why is still unknown, with none of the extraterrestrials currently living on Earth professing any knowledge of such a vehicle or even it likely creator.
