Mana is a former member of the Osaka Police Department, where she served as a Chief Detective. With the coming of the Lucifer Folk, Mana began to become interested in the activities of the AMP and the methods they used to fight these strange, supernatural creatures. After several meetings with Chief Rally, Mana decided to establish a new branch of the AMP in Osaka.

Next to nothing is known about Mana's background, and Mana prefers to keep it that way. She has dealt with the Yamigumo clan in the past and is on good terms with Nana Yamigumo, Nami's older sister. As to the the question of when and where she learned her magical powers, Mana refuses to comment. It should be noted that Mana is very by-the-book, much in the same manner as Noriko Kobayashi, although she is somewhat less impersonal that Noriko in her dealings with the officers under her command. Unlike Rally, but much like Noriko, Mana prefers to take the fight to the enemy, and will often personally supervise and direct an assault upon the Lucifer Folk.

Angela is an officer with the New York Police Department sent to Osaka to serve as a liaison with the AMP. While with the Osaka department, she works as Mana's second in command, studying the AMP's methods and tactics, as well as the habits of Entities.

Angela has no paranormal powers of her own, but does posses a strong drive to see things done right. She can be a stern taskmaster and makes up for her rather small size with boundless energy and a refusal to be intimidated. Even Fei Chan, who is fully twice Angela's mass, admits that he never wants to cross her.

First Officer Carmen Ibenez

Blind since birth, Carmen serves the Osaka AMP as dispatch officer. Deeply religious, Carmen feels that her powers are a powerful tool to be used to rid the world of evil, and there is no evil greater than that of the Lucifer Folk.

Hailing from a long line of sorcerers, Jama is the main magical powerhouse of the Osaka branch. She is capable of casting a wide variety of spells, both for attack and defense and her versatile powers are put to great use by Mana and Angela. usually, Jama finds herself being used as a 'support weapon', providing long range and covering fire for Fei Chan and Shiko.
